It is a real pleasure to share Abigail + Joseph’s joyful Hackney Pub wedding today.
Abigail and Joseph live their lives together in a cute little flat in Hackney and have spent many happy afternoons exploring the local area. So it is no surprise, that they wanted to get married somewhere in Hackney – in surroundings that mean something to them and reflect who they are as people. So what better place to choose than the Londesborough Pub in Stoke Newington, which is firmly making its way on to my list of favourite London wedding venues. But let’s get back to the lovely Abbey and Joe. After a beautiful ceremony at the elegant Hackney Town Hall ( I love those stairs by the way), Abbey and Joe packed everyone, including themselves onto a Routemaster bus and made their way to their Londesborough wedding reception.
One of my favourite things about weddings is that it brings people together. And it was so lovely to see the pub filled with so many smiling faces of all generations and backgrounds.
