Helen and Daren’s “For Life Party” (which is what they chose to call it) was the second wedding at QMUL that I had the pleasure to photograph.
Queen Mary University is a such a unique wedding venue where you can enjoy your wedding breakfast under a domed ceiling surrounded by brightly coloured books.
QMUL made the perfect setting for Helen and Daren’s very unique and very personal wedding day. Helen and Daren forewent a lot of the wedding traditions that didn’t feel right to them and instead added lots of little touches that made the day their own. They exchanged shells instead of rings. A friend organised a quiz about Helen and Daren that had everyone giggling. And instead of a first dance, they played a game that involved a cereal box and tested their guests’ agility.
Helen and Daren – it was an absolute pleasure to document your one-of-a-kind wedding day. With so much fun in your life, I’m sure you will be very happy together.
If you are planning a wedding at QMUL and are looking for natural and relaxed wedding photos, get in touch. I would love to work with you.
