Chloe and Adam were married on October 22nd, with a ceremony and reception at Gray’s Inn.
Both Chloe and Adam are lawyers—as are Adam’s father and Chloe’s stepfather. Her stepfather is also a member of Gray’s Inn, a professional association for barristers and judges. That made this location the perfect setting for their wedding, considering their family history.
But beyond the simple fact of their professions, Gray’s Inn was perfect as a wedding venue, almost like a self-contained city in the heart of London, complete with a library, banquet hall, office, residential accommodations—and, of course, the chapel where these two were married. The banquet hall even looked a bit like Hogwarts, so I was thrilled to get to shoot there!
Throughout the day, the focus was on family as these two not only began their own together but also honoured the ones they had there with them. I loved seeing how close Adam and Chloe were to Adam’s niece, Emma, who was only a few months old. I was also able to capture a beautiful image of Chloe and her grandmother, one of so many little moments throughout the day that really showcased how close they both are to both of their families.
Adam & Chloe, thank you for allowing me to be part of your amazing day. I was touched by the genuine love you and your families share, and I wish you nothing but the best!
