Kids at weddings are a dream to photograph. They are always up to something interesting and usually don’t mind being photographed while they are doing it.
I took this picture at Helen and Chris’ wedding last year, which was a lovely and relaxed day in the countryside with lots of space for the kids to run around and play games. Whilst the adults were enjoying their wedding breakfast, I ventured outside the marquee and came across this little gang playing a game of hide and seek.
I love their expressions and how they are all lined up in the photo. They look like they are about to embark on a great adventure, despite their fancy clothes. It reminds me a bit of a scene from a Stephen Spielberg film.
