I have always wanted to photograph a Tipi wedding. And the lovely Anna and Jamie made this ambition of mine come true. And what a great day it was!
The setting was Jamie’s parent’s garden in Kent. The feel of the wedding was super relaxed with guests chilling out in the sun in the pretty surroundings, and cute dogs running around, enjoying the day just as much as the humans.
Anna is half Japanese and there were nods to her heritage throughout the day. The wedding breakfast was sushi served with chopsticks and pretty oregano paper cranes – all made by Anna herself – decorated the setting of the outdoor ceremony and featured in the table plan and place settings.
I also had the pleasure of working again with the brilliant Anneka Ireland. If you are looking for a wedding videographer, check her out!
Anna and Jamie, I absolutely loved photographing your Tipi wedding, and spending the day with you, your lovely friends and family, and those cute pups. I wish you all the best for you future together.
