This gorgeous Chiddingstone Castle wedding takes me back to the beautiful summer we had this year. Just the thing for a gloomy November morning.
Chiddingstone Castle is a romantic and elegant wedding venue set in the beautiful Kentish countryside. Steeped in four hundred years of history and surrounded by stunning views, it makes for a great place for classic wedding. But the best bit about it is that you can get married outdoors in the picturesque Orangery, which is exactly what Frances and Harry did.
And what a beautiful ceremony it was. The wedding breakfast was served in a marquee in the grounds. Frances and Harry got engaged in Paris. All the tables were named after the places they visited on that trip – what a lovely touch.
My favourite part of the day were the speeches. All of which were extraordinary. So funny, entertaining and emotional. And lots of fun to photograph.
As the sun set, the guests made the most of the stunning setting and the balmy evening air by sitting on the grass, chatting, drinking and enjoying the views.
Frances and Harry, what an amazing day and a real pleasure to be a part of. I wish you both all the happiness in the world!
