Weddings

Earlier this month, I met up with a group of photographers for a Vintage Wedding Shoot in Greenwich.  The day was organised by Funmi of fophotography (www.fophotography.co.uk). Thank you, Funmi! It was a great day out and a fantastic opportunity to meet other photographers.  The models were beautiful, the dresses were gorgeous, and the locations were suitably urban-chic.

I have recently started second-shooting for David Jones.

David and I covered several weddings together this summer - here is a selection of my shots...

Jessica was my best friend at school but unfortunately our paths separated when we were teenagers.  Through a coincidence we got back in touch last year. When we met again after 17 years, I recognised Jessica immediately - she hadn't changed a bit!  It was lovely to see her again and the timing was great.  She was getting married to Lars in a few months time and hadn't yet booked a Wedding Photographer so she entrusted me with the job. 

The wedding took place in Bottrop in Germany, near the town where we grew up.  Jessica and Lars are both keen horse riders so their friends surprised them by bringing their horses to the church.  Their dogs also made an appearance, bow ties and all! 

It was a fantastic day and I was so please I could be a part of it.  She was a stunning bride and it was great to see her so happy.
