Georghia and Chris’ big day was the first time I photographed (and attended) a Greek Orthodox Wedding. It was a large, warm and friendly affair, and a great experience for me. I really enjoyed observing and capturing the different rituals and customs. The wedding reception was held at Whitgift School in South Croydon where the couple and the guests enjoyed the beautiful grounds and mingled with the exotic birds. This was followed by a brilliant party. I have rarely seen so many enthusiastic dancers on the dance floor.
